What we collect
This website has no analytics or advertising cookies. If you chat with Node, our scripted website assistant, we receive what you choose to share: the topic you pick, your team size, your message, your name, company and email address, and the page you were on. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name and whatever you include in your message.
Spam protection
Node uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is sending the message. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser for that purpose.
Services that support this site
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply and to discuss possible work. We don’t sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it for that purpose and to meet our legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. We aim to handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Client projects
Data we handle while working for a client is governed by the agreement for that project.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
